Each bracelet is handmade by QCC's owner. Unless otherwise stated, each bracelet is one of a kind. When you place an order, it comes with a card that includes information about the crystals and affirmations. 

We do not usually accept returns, but if there is an issue with your order, please email us.

Please expect at least 2 weeks of processing time before your order ships. Apparel is made to order.
